Introduction
The Waterloo Monument is an 150-foot tower, built between 1817 and 1824 to commemorate the Battle of Waterloo. This is a prominent feature around the Jedburgh and Ancrum Area. At the base of the path covered in this video there is a is a car park with no other facilities although A few Miles down the road, there is the woodside Plant Centre & birdhouse Tearoom open daily from 10:00am to 5:00pm. (10am - 4pm from November to February) The path up to the monument is well kept. Ratings:
